Red pepper marmalade is a delicious on beef or chicken or mixed with cream cheese.
You will need:
2 cups white vinegar.
6 large red peppers.
4 large green peppers
4 large white peppers
2 tablespoons salt
6 cups sugar.
(Note below in the pictures is my triple batch)
It is really quick, easy and cheap to make.

Step 1. Wash the peppers, remove the seeds and the membranes.
Step 2. Chop the peppers finely, Sprinkle with salt and allow to stand in a colander for 3 hours.
Be For Salt!
After Salt see the color change? Step 3. Put the sugar and vinegar in a large pot , add the drained pepper mixture. Cook, stirring
